Day 24 (9.2.2013): Queenstown to Wanaka *** continued ***
Made my way to Wanaka. Took the scenic road crossing the Crown Range which offers amazing views on the surrounding mountains.
@ Eric: you could have told me that the scenic road short
cut is crossing a mountain range ;)

Wanaka and Lake Wanaka are so beautiful – great scenery with
the lake set against snow capped mountains. This is supposed to be a
photographer’s paradise – I’ll let you know …
