Back to Hobart

left Bridport and made my way towards Hobart …

  • First stop: Lavender Farm – went on a small tour and walk around the farm …
  • Next stops: Campbell Town, Ross, Oatlands, Jericho, Kempton, Bagdad and Brighton – all with more (or less) historical town centers as well as some old bridges (mainly built by convicts in the mid 19th century)
  • Last stop: Allport Hostel in North Hobart (for a “big” city hostel not bad at all)

  • Visit Salamanca Market downtown Hobart
  • Stroll through the city center
  • Flight back to Melb late afternoon
  • Meet Janet, Andy, and Wally for “Departed” at the “Moonlight Cinema” in Melbourne’s Botanical Gardens
